...That's wise. They never do fix all of the problems that crop up in their wake. But people will look at you like that whether or not you want them to.

What is your role now? Are you some sort of leader?

No. I've tried not to be. Right now, I'm mostly the new king's bodyguard.

What's the new king like? Better than the old?

Much better. Though - I wouldn't say he's without his flaws, too.

I don't know that any monarchs - or really, any leaders at all - are without flaws. If one should arise, that would truly frighten me.

Because you'd assume they're lying?

Yes. I would distrust anyone who appeared perfect.
