I simply don't trust the one offering. Is this the power of the god they intend to summon? What if we don't wind up summoning it?

If sacrifices power rituals, who is receiving that power, and what will they use it for?

I don't have much interest in helping them achieve their aims. They're the reason we're all in this situation to begin with. Only now that their plans have been slightly complicated to they deign to barter with us instead of treat us like livestock.
