Karma was the opposite. He acted like he was in a hurry, like there wasn't enough time to do everything he wanted to...

As was I. I did warn him that for his own safety, he ought to learn to pretend better. To "go along to get along," as they say. But he didn't want to change, and in a way, I admire that.

In another way, he was so irritatingly stubborn.
