I don't like being yelled at, but especially not in a crowded place like that.

[the only person mad at her last week was camille, who was obviously possessed, and everyone else defended her, but it didn't feel that way. there was so much yelling and chaos happening because of lucas and yuffie and mathis and aqua and she wasn't able in that moment to understand that none of that had anything to do with her. that sort of situation just terrifies her.]

It makes me feel like everyone is going to be angry at me for saying such a thing about Camille or Robin and they'll all try to kill me.

I just.... squeeze my eyes shut. Take a really slow and deep breath. Think about my mission. Think hard about how I'm breathing, and how it goes through my body. Like a little mini-meditation, almost.... when I do that, everything else kind of blocks out.

You could try breathing and think about how it feels weird? Or... uh. Yeah, maybe how you're not breathing. But putting all your focus into one thing, it helps block everything else out.
