It felt pretty good at the time. Catching that many, even if it was... messy.

I'm worried this might be another one of those things where there isn't a right answer. And if that's the case, we won't be able to come to a consensus on how to handle it.

It's not catching them that's the problem. Or even killing them, if that's what we feel we ought to do.

But so many people were hurt by Aqua. Not to mention how close what happened with Yuffie went to going quite badly.

Yeah. Catching them last minute is safest. Less time for them to rampage under pressure.

And I don't... like just killing them so quickly like Yuffie did. But at the same time, it meant there was no chance for another person to rampage.

I understand why Yuffie did what she did. I think... she was softer in her intentions than I would have been in her shoes.

In fact, I think the best approach is likely to subdue them swiftly once we identify them. But perhaps there is a way to do that without taking their life immediately.

Subduing them means getting close. It's kind of part of the problem.

Yes, but they don't seem to remember until they're eventually triggered into breaking down. At least, that's what it was with Camille. So... we could try and disarm them and get them away from a crowd before making accusations.

We always end up needing to check things with them, anyway.

Yes, but you have Kanda and Rondo who will explain to us that they need to hold onto theirs to protect all of us. No matter that there is no guarantee one of them won't be the one trying to slaughter us!

Well. Kanda is a difficult one, but he can be a softie to a surprising degree. I do think for you, he'd have a better chance of listening.

He thinks of himself as more clear-eyed about danger than most, but you've proven yourself to not be naive.
