I understand. It's difficult, isn't it? Waking up here and everyone just wants to... have things go back to normal.

Yeah. Seeing so many people again... Then having to chart out all these new places. [ no one said she has to do that. ] And suddenly switching which side we're working from means learning a whole new plan and getting to work right away.

Yes. Though I suppose I assume the people who have been here for weeks know what they're doing - maybe it's alright to let them lead the efforts.

Sure. They can lead, I still don't intend to try and put myself in charge here. But that doesn't mean I can be dead weight just because I showed up late.

I don't think you're dead weight, I only mean it's not a bad thing to take a break. You can offer to help but you don't have to feel responsible. They've had nothing to do for weeks but figure these things out.

We'll see what happens. But for now, it seems to be primarily building a machine and spending rocks, and we don't have any machine parts or rocks.
