There should be a way to tell each other what you're worried about without lashing out. Trying to bottle it up will just make people snap at each other and get angrier when they do finally speak up.

And no one likes to be disagreed with or to have people mad at them, but—I think that's part of being a leader.

Disagreements will still happen... Even if you talk it out right away, people disagree and feel strongly about things.

Maybe it would be better if the two of you talked it out without the others? But it's hard to talk to someone who's too angry. [ like she's not quite dumb enough to just assume every problem can be worked through. sometimes they probably just. can't? ]
