Very well. Here is the information I have most currently: we are attempting to make a Bad Soup. The cult requires at least 6 of us left alive to go through with their ritual as intended - any fewer, and it would render this ritual ... less effectual. This is what we are attempting to achieve. To ensure this ritual will proceed and summon an infant deity that, because of the lack of people required, will be rendered mortal.

So, it seems we will need less than 6 of our number alive by the time the ritual will come to pass, but we cannot rush this process - it will draw attention.

In addition, we have several objects floating amongst our number already - rocks, teeth, eyes and such - that seem will serve a purpose as our components for said ritual. We have also received information that suggests a "core" will be something we should endeavor to seek.

I was told the rocks and runes mentioned may be something they're doing on their side, but to look out for a nervous system. We also received a lot of letters this week suggesting people should die and go over there.

I spoke with Essek, and he said that he thought they were overcorrecting - that we still shouldn't lose people too quickly before the very end. But ultimately it will have to be five people left on this side, and it would be better if none were afflicted.

One of the letters I received seemed to suggest the rocks might be important for resurrections, but they said "maybe", so I don't know if they're certain about that.
